“What the JGA has meant to me”
Being part of the Broward County Junior Golf Association has been a really great experience for me. When I first joined, I just wanted to play golf and have fun over the summer. But it turned out to be much more than that.
I learned a lot—not just about golf, but also about being responsible, staying focused, and treating others with respect. The tournaments helped me improve my game, and even when I didn’t play my best, I learned something new each time.
One of the best parts of JGA has been meeting new people. I made a lot of friends, and it’s fun to see them at each event. We all support each other, and that makes it even more fun to compete.
The starters and volunteers were also really helpful and kind. They always encouraged us and made sure we were learning and enjoying the game.
Overall, the JGA has helped me grow, not just as a golfer, but as a person. I’m really thankful I got to be a part of it.
